Pricing questions

What counts as a conversation?
One customer thread, from first message to resolution, across however many replies it takes. Email and chat count the same way. We never bill per message, per resolution, or per assumed resolution.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. 100 conversations a month with the AI included, unlimited seats, and no card required. It exists because the $10 entry tiers elsewhere sell you a helpdesk and then meter the AI on top, about a dollar per resolved conversation. When you outgrow it, Starter is $25 flat.
What happens if I hit my plan's cap?
Caps are soft. We never cut you off mid-conversation, and your desk keeps working. If you outgrow your plan month after month, we'll suggest the next tier, and you move whenever you choose.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free, so a year costs the same as 10 months.
What do founding members get?
Stores that join the waitlist lock in 20% off their first year when their onboarding wave opens. We onboard in limited waves so every store gets a clean rollout.
How does flat pricing compare with per-resolution fees?
Take a store with 2,000 conversations a month where AI resolves 60%. At Gorgias's published rates of $0.90 to $1.00 per AI-resolved conversation, those 1,200 resolutions add roughly $1,080 to $1,200 a month on top of a ticket-capped plan, plus $1.50 overages, and a fully automated resolution is billed as both a ticket and a resolution (per their published pricing as of July 2026). Intercom's Fin popularized $0.99 per resolution and bills an assumed resolution when a customer simply stops replying. On Suvenna Growth, that same month is $199. Flat.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between plans whenever your volume changes. There are no per-resolution fees at any tier, so the price you pick is the whole bill.
