About Suvenna

Support AI that guesses is a liability.

AI helpdesks got very good at sounding confident. They did not get equally good at being right. When a bot invents a return window, promises a discount that doesn't exist, or guesses at a tracking number, the merchant pays for it, in refunds, in chargebacks, and in trust that took years to earn.

We built Suvenna because merchants deserve automation that is accountable. Accountable means the AI answers from your policies and the customer's real Shopify order, or it says it doesn't know and hands off to a person. It means money never moves without an explicit confirmation, a bounded amount, and an audit trail. And it means your bill doesn't grow because the software did the job you bought it for.

So Suvenna is a full support desk, not just a bot. A shared inbox your team actually works in, automation with an approval queue, and an AI agent that treats abstaining as a feature. It resolves what it can prove and escalates what it can't.

What we believe

Three convictions, built into the product

Grounded beats clever

A clever answer that's wrong is worse than no answer. Suvenna replies from your own policies and macros and the verified customer's real order, and abstains when they don't cover the question. It never invents a tracking number, a discount, or a policy.

Guardrails beat promises

Trust belongs in the architecture, not the marketing page. Every money action is confirm-gated, refunds are bounded by the order's actual refundable amount, live actions ship off until you enable them, and everything lands in an append-only audit log. The confirm-before-money guardrail cannot be switched off in code.

Flat beats metered

Per-resolution pricing punishes you for the product working. Suvenna is one flat monthly price with conversations included and no per-resolution fees, ever. Caps are soft: we never cut you off mid-conversation.

How we roll out

Why we onboard in waves

A support AI that ships carelessly is exactly the liability we started this company to avoid.

Every store's policies, tone, and edge cases are different, so we onboard in limited waves. Each store gets a clean setup: policies loaded, order lookups connected, and time in approve-mode where your team reviews every AI draft before anything sends on its own.

When the QA scores earn it, you turn on Autopilot, and live Shopify actions stay off until you flip them on per store. Joining the waitlist reserves your spot in the next wave and locks founding-member pricing, 20% off your first year.
