These terms govern your use of suvenna.com and the Suvenna early-access waitlist, both operated by [Suvenna, Inc.]. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. The Suvenna product itself, once available to you, is governed by a separate customer agreement provided at signup.

Using the site

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and as intended. You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, probe or test its security without written permission, submit false or misleading information through its forms, or use it to send spam or malicious content.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including the Suvenna name, mark, copy, design, and product screenshots, belong to [Suvenna, Inc.] or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our written permission, beyond what ordinary personal browsing requires.

No scraping

Automated scraping, crawling for data extraction, bulk downloading, or harvesting of content or data from this site is not permitted without our prior written consent. Ordinary search-engine indexing is fine.

Waitlist terms

  • A waitlist spot is an invitation to purchase when your onboarding wave opens. It is not a contract for service, and it does not obligate you to buy or us to sell.
  • Waves open in a limited, ordered fashion. We decide wave timing and composition, and we may adjust them as capacity requires.
  • The founding-member discount, 20% off your first year, will be honored at launch for 12 months from the date your wave opens. If you do not subscribe within that window, the discount lapses.
  • Joining the waitlist costs nothing and requires no payment details. You may leave the waitlist at any time via the contact page.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suvenna is a pre-launch product. Feature descriptions on this site reflect the product as built today, and the product may evolve before and after launch. Descriptions on this site are informational and do not form part of any service agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Suvenna, Inc.] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. To the extent any liability is not excludable, our total aggregate liability related to the site and the waitlist is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Delaware, USA], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be resolved in the courts located in [Delaware, USA], and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and the waitlist evolve. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
