Outlook integration

Outlook in, Suvenna on

Connect your Outlook or Microsoft 365 support mailbox with OAuth and it becomes a Suvenna channel. Your address stays the same, your customers see nothing but the reply.

Connect with OAuth

Sign in with Microsoft and grant access. No app passwords, no mail-server configuration. Tokens are stored encrypted, and revoking access from your Microsoft account cuts the connection instantly.

Pushed, not polled

Microsoft notifies Suvenna the moment new mail lands, so conversations appear on the desk in real time with the customer's order context already attached. SLA timers start from a position of strength.

In-thread replies

Replies send from your own support address and stay in the customer's original thread. To them it reads like your team answered from Outlook, because as far as their inbox is concerned, it did.

Forwarding works too

If OAuth isn't an option, point a forwarding address at Suvenna instead. Any provider can forward mail, and the full desk behaves the same.

Get priority access

Suvenna onboards in limited waves. Join the list and you're first in line for the next one, with founding-member pricing locked in.
